This yearly 2-days course offers an introduction to varying topics techniques such as animal husbandry, rodent diets, pain management, and imaging techniques or disease models as well as discussion about resources and reagents available in Zürich.

It is hosted by the PhD Program Biomedicine, the Institute of Physiology and ZIRP. It is open to all researchers (UZH and external), but students of the PHD Program Biomedicine and the Institute of Physiology have priority. Please find the detailed program here (PDF, 92 KB)

In 2022, this course will take place on June 9^th and 10^th on-site at the UZH Irchel campus - it is recognized as 2 days of continuous education by the Veterinary Office.
